This Privacy Policy explains how the EYE Host Registration Helper, published by Stamlet Pte. Ltd., handles information used when helping prospective Host Entrepreneurs prepare an Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs registration.

The assistant should not intentionally use the information for unrelated purposes.
3. No separate Stamlet database
The EYE Host Registration Helper is a skills-based ChatGPT plugin.
Stamlet Pte. Ltd. does not operate a separate server or database for this plugin that receives or stores the CVs, websites, LinkedIn profiles or application answers you provide through the assistant.
Your use of ChatGPT is also subject to OpenAI’s applicable terms, privacy policies and account settings.
4. External websites
The assistant may use publicly available information from websites you provide, such as your company website.
Where available, you may also provide a LinkedIn profile or other professional webpage. Access to third-party websites may depend on the accessibility of those websites.
Stamlet Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
5. Data accuracy
The assistant may infer information from your CV, website or other materials.
You are responsible for checking generated content before submitting it to the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme.
The assistant is instructed not to invent facts. Where information is uncertain, it should identify that information for confirmation.
6. Sensitive information
Please do not provide unnecessary sensitive personal information.
In particular, there should normally be no need to provide:
passwords;
payment information;
government identification numbers;
confidential third-party data;
medical information;
information unrelated to your Host Entrepreneur application.
7. Final submission to Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs
The EYE Host Registration Helper does not automatically submit your application.
You decide what generated information to use and what information to submit through the official Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs registration system.
Any information you submit to the programme is then subject to the programme’s own privacy and data-processing arrangements.
