These Terms apply to use of the EYE Host Registration Helper published by Stamlet Pte. Ltd.
By using the assistant, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the service
The EYE Host Registration Helper is an informational and drafting assistant intended to help prospective Host Entrepreneurs prepare their application for the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme.
It may review information you provide and generate suggested answers, explanations and selections for the registration process.
2. No guarantee of eligibility or acceptance
The assistant does not determine your eligibility for Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs.
Any assessment of your experience or suitability is indicative only.
The European programme, its appointed organisations and the relevant Intermediary Organisation retain responsibility for determining whether an applicant satisfies programme requirements.
Use of the assistant does not guarantee:
eligibility;
acceptance;
a successful match;
participation in an exchange;
funding;
any other programme outcome.
3. Your responsibility for accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using or submitting it.
You should ensure that:
factual statements are accurate;
dates and roles are correct;
descriptions of your entrepreneurial experience reflect what you actually did;
no generated statement overstates your role or responsibilities.
You should modify any suggested answer that does not accurately describe your situation.
4. No fabrication of experience
The assistant is intended to help applicants explain genuine entrepreneurial experience.
It should not be used to fabricate experience, ownership, responsibilities, qualifications or other information in order to satisfy programme requirements.
5. Programme information may change
Programme requirements, application forms, eligibility rules and administrative arrangements may change.
While the assistant is designed around the relevant Host Entrepreneur registration process, Stamlet Pte. Ltd. does not guarantee that every instruction will remain current indefinitely.
Where there is a discrepancy, the official Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme documentation and instructions take precedence.
6. Independent service
The EYE Host Registration Helper is published independently by Stamlet Pte. Ltd.
Stamlet Pte. Ltd. is not the European Commission, the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme, or Cámara de Comercio de Santiago de Compostela.
References to these organisations are provided solely to assist applicants with the registration process.
7. Third-party services
The assistant operates within ChatGPT and may rely on functionality provided by OpenAI.
Your use of ChatGPT remains subject to OpenAI’s applicable terms and policies.
The assistant may also refer to or use information from third-party websites. Stamlet Pte. Ltd. does not control those services.
8. Availability
The assistant may be changed, updated, suspended or discontinued.
Stamlet Pte. Ltd. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
9. Liability
The assistant is provided as a practical application-preparation aid.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stamlet Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on generated content, unsuccessful applications, programme decisions, changes to programme rules or the availability of third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
